Industrial Brushware will send your products the quickest way via Australia Post or Courier depending on your post code.

1. We utilise both air and road freight through a courier company and Australia Post to ship your items.

2. The cost of shipping is determined by the total weight of your order and will be calculated in the checkout stage.

3. All parcels will be issued with a tracking number for your reference. This number will be provided to you once your items have been shipped by way of email.

4. All parcels shipped by courier will require a signature of acceptance once delivered. Please do not use PO Box addresses for delivery, as the courier will not be able to obtain a signature.We do send to PO boxes via Australia Post.

5. We are able to deliver and ship goods all over Australia and internationally. Please contact us to organise international delivery.

6. We pride ourselves on packing and shipping goods on the same day for all orders where products are in stock.

7. Local deliveries (Melbourne) are usually received the following day. Interstate deliveries can take 2 to 5 days depending on destination.

8. Every care is taken when packing items in our warehouse to ensure products arrive in the same condition they were packed in.

9. Industrial Brushware will not accept responsibility for damaged goods caused by any third party.

10. Industrial Brushware will not provide a refund for products that are delivered date or any product that has been used.
